Handmade Production & Processing Times
At Surf City Paracord, every product is handmade to order with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production and order processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. postal holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the available shipping options.
Carrier transit time is additional to our 5–10 business day production period. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

How to Measure Your Wrist — Official Sizing Guide
Our guide explains how to measure your wrist correctly and select the appropriate size. We account for the additional length needed for different bracelet designs, weaves, and buckles.
Please don't guess your wrist size or use the length of an existing bracelet as a direct size comparison. Even bracelets that appear similar can fit differently depending on their construction. Measuring your actual wrist circumference according to our guide is the best way to ensure a comfortable, accurate fit.
We take great care in sizing every bracelet and check completed orders using our custom sizing tools.

Returns, Exchanges & Sizing
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
Please follow our sizing guide carefully before ordering, as bracelets made using incorrect customer-provided measurements may require remaking at an additional charge.
Products deemed defective within 90 days of purchase may qualify for repair or exchange under our existing Refund Policy.
