Product Support

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  If your item is for some reason defective, we will repair or replace the product.  Please contact us before sending your item back for repair.  The customer is responsible for paying postage to send the item to us and we will pay for shipment back to you.


Sizing issues.

We are experts in sizing your bracelets for that perfect fit.  If you follow our sizing instructions you will receive a bracelet that fits you or we will replace it free of charge, however we are not responsible if we are given the wrong size.  If the wrong size is due to customer error, the bracelet will have to be re-purchased.  PLEASE, follow our sizing guide before ordering.  If you have any questions, please let us know, we would be happy to help.
